I dealt with Jessica Clarke and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so welcomed, helped me feel at ease during a test drive which was my first one ever! A great experience from initial enquiry through to delivery and drive away. A shout out to Jason and Jim who made us feel royal and well taken care of throughout. It was also nice to have some banter about cars in general and the showroom and facilities are absolutely first rate. I'd recommend getting in touch with MB Macarthur if you're interested in the superior experience that only a car from the three pointed star can provide.
Had the absolute worst experience here. Probably good place for regular service but don't go here if you have any problems. They misdiagnosed my car and eventually the car suffered massive jolts as a result which compromised all the engine and transmission mounts. They blamed the tires and a buckled rim in the end. I went to a tire shop to get the rims checked out and the car did not have buckled rim. They even quoted me $850 to replace the rim. Eventually I complained to Mercedes and when this dealership gave the feedback to the head office, they redacted their claim of a buckled rim!!! Because they knew that it was not a valid claim and they had lied to me.
Absolutely disgraceful! Will not be going to this dealership again.
Jason was very professional both in his presentation and information given to me prior to the purchase of my car. I saw it online and was impressed with the high standard and meticulous condition of the car and the asking price.
As I lived a distance from the dealership Jason delivered the car to my door and paperwork done on my dining table… simple easy and amazing service from Jason.
